Full time, permanent HR Administrator role Town Hall location with flexible work; 3 days in the office + 2 days at home Career progression Exposure to full function HR Looking to get the right start in your HR career? Look no further. This is the essential training ground. We are looking for an energetic, independent and enthusiastic people advocate to join our busy HR team in our Sydney Support Office. You'll be thrown into the world of the employee life cycle, performing critical tasks to assist our team in attracting, recruiting, onboarding, managing the performance and rewarding our employees. What will you be doing you ask? Writing job ads and supporting recruitment activities Contract management for new starters and people moving within our business Supporting employee life cycle management and setting up new employees in our HR and learning systems, and terminating them in the systems when they leave Supporting the business with general HR enquiries Providing general administrative support to our team This is an amazing opportunity to gain invaluable experience! You will have: Completed an HR or related qualification A confident and clear communication style Impeccable attention to detail Independence & initiative Excellent time management& prioritisation skills The confidence to pick up new systems and processes quickly Previous experience working in retail or hospitality Knowledge of modern awards and national employment standards will be highly regarded We're not going to lie, there's a lot of admin. You'll need to pay close attention to detail at every step. It's a complex business, we use a number of awards and it's a fast-paced business and everyday flies past.
