About The Opportunity This position requires a reliable individual with bookkeeping experience (ideally Xero), who is also willing to jump in and assist with other admin support tasks as required.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracyManage Accounts email and respond to client enquiriesAP & AR including client invoicing, following up payments and maintaining billing recordsCreate quotes and set up new jobs in workflow software with keen attention to detailAssist with phone enquiries if required, providing professional responses to clients and stakeholders About You The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping / office support roleProficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteExperience with accounting software, ideally XeroExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skillsThe ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment What's in it for You?
