About the Role: As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the housekeeping operations, ensuring our rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. On quieter days, you'll take a hands-on approach by assisting with cleaning rooms to maintain operations and ensure consistency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet the resort's cleanliness and quality standards.
Assist with cleaning guest rooms on quieter days, maintaining the same high standards expected from the team.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with the management team for any additional needs.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold excellent cleaning practices and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnover.
About You: Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role within a resort or hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
You're hands-on, with a willingness to assist with cleaning when needed.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Good time-management and organisational skills.
You're reliable, professional, and ready to take responsibility for a key department.
Work Schedule: Full-time role: 5 days per week, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.
The position involves overseeing the team and also cleaning rooms during quieter days.
