Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise housekeeping staff across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
Monitor and control budgets and financial performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any issues promptly.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
