The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and focused-driven House Supervisor (midweek, sleepover, and weekend roster) to manage and support our clients with disabilities and complex needs.
In the role of House Supervisor, you will be required to provide support and direction within a teamed environment and be responsible for overseeing the provision of quality care and day-to-day functionalities of the participants in line with our organisational values.
Key Responsibilities Lead and plan support for clients based on their goals and support plans.Foster strong relationships with clients' families/guardians to ensure exceptional service.Have experience in disability or nursing, with a strong background in managing challenging behaviours.Prepare detailed reports and advocate for clients' rights and inclusion.Administer medications, therapies, and seek medical assistance as needed.Mentor and motivate your team to maintain high morale and effectiveness.Continuously improve service delivery and contribute to positive changes.Understand and follow internal and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding incident reporting requirements.What We're Looking For Proven experience as a House Supervisor, ideally with experience in disability or nursing.Strong communicator with a high level of literacy and a positive attitude towards managing behaviours of concern.Highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about supporting independence.Experience with rostering is a plus.Relevant qualifications: Certificate IV or higher in Nursing, Disability, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or Aged Care.Current CPR and First Aid certificates, NDIS screening clearance, unrestricted Victorian Drivers License and Working with Children Check.How to Apply If you align with our values and are eager to contribute to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities, this role might be perfect for you!
