Key DutiesYour day to day will be leading a diverse team by providing guidance to all department heads and working within our company commitment. This isn't any regular Hotel Manager gig you will have the chance to provide First Nations peoples market leading training and employment programs while empowering a growing indigenous workforce.You will be an operationally minded General Manager who leads from the front by managing all aspects of the hotel operations and empower the team to drive high levels of guest satisfaction throughout all aspect and did I mention you will be able to connect with guests directly.A snapshot of your new role:Leading a food and beverage operation of three outlets Bough House Restaurant, Outback Kiosk as well as Outback BBQ & Bar.Two accommodations offering which are spread across 125 hotel rooms and 42 Budget Rooms in the Lodge as well as 168 Dorm Beds.
