We are currently looking for a bright & dynamic Hotel Manager to run a new boutique property; Amica Serviced Apartments located in Orange.
Offering 22 rooms comprising of standard & executive suites, with an onsite small food outlet/cafe.
Amica Serviced Apartments is a great opportunity for a dynamic & driven individual to grow their management skills and lead and build a small cohesive team.
Candidates must have the essential criteria listed below to be considered for this role: Strong administration and management experience Good working knowledge of budgets & P&L's Understanding of compliance & licensing requirements Human resources knowledge and people management - small team management skills.
Experience with Property management system - Protel or equivalent Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - or willingness to obtain.
Additional experience and skills: Hands-on operational role - be able to lead by example and foster a productive and cohesive work environment Exceptional time management skills Ability to work autonomously Strong background in hospitality management operations The ability to meet target and financial goals and budgets is essential.
