Job Description
Our Role
As the Hospitality Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the hotel, food, and beverage operations across our entire cruise line. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences onboard all our ships. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for elevating guest satisfaction through innovative culinary offerings and service excellence. This position is based in our head office in Cairns.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic planning and development;
Operational oversight;
Menu development and culinary innovation
Training and development;
Financial management and budgeting.

Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management.
Hospitality management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, preferred formal culinary qualification.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Flexibility to travel on voyages or to ships ports when operationally required.
