About the Opportunity As the Hospitality/Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient food service to our residents according to Bolton Clarke's Food Standards and providing kitchen and food preparation support to the Chef.
Provide all food service activities to residents including serving meals, and dining room set-up and clearingFood Handling, Food Safety and other specified qualifications are currentUndertake basic food preparation under direction of senior staffFood preparation is completed within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP, Bolton Clarke Food Standards and OH&S specificationsWashing and storing equipment within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP and OH&S specificationsCleaning and rubbish removal are completed within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP and OH&S specificationsConduct kitchen and pantry stock inventory when requiredAbout you The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
Follow Basic Food Safety Practices certificate - HLTFS7A (Essential)Sound hospitality experienceSound food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment)Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasksMaintain a high level of professionalism at all timesHighly motivated and able to take initiativeExcellent communication style - able to communicate effectively with all levels of staffTeam player, ability to go the extra mileMaintain a clean and tidy work environment at all timesPlease Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check Our culture is both supportive and collaborative, where you can make your role your own.
