We are looking for a hospital pharmacist (clinical and dispensary) to join our team our of dedicated professionals in the Lingard Private Hospital site. This is a permanent part-time position, working Tuesday to Friday. This is an amazing opportunity to further develop your pharmacy career and gain experience in a clinical setting through the support and training of our collaborative team, in addition to the experience you'll gain working in a hospital dispensary.

The hours:
This is a permanent part-time position, working Tuesday to Friday, 61 hours per fortnight. The hours for this position are as follows:
Tuesday 8:30am – 5:00pmWednesday 8:30am – 5:00pmThursday 8:30am – 4:00pmFriday 9:00am – 5:00pm In this role, you'll: Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliationDispense and supply medication and pharmacy productsCoordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay and dischargeDevelop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patientsSupport patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employeesEducate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicinesBe involved in the supply of IVF medications to Genea IVF patients.
