Originally established in 1993 with 3 people in the Northern Beaches, we have grown to a team of over 800 professionals spread across Australia and New Zealand. We provide our clients with quality commercial landscaping solutions, including civil landscape construction, landscape maintenance, building services, irrigation, environmental services, and sports turf/golf course management. We currently have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, and Auckland.
So, what duties can you expect to do as a Team Leader?
Management and maintenance of an award-winning high-end horticulture site Working with some of the latest and greatest technology and machinery Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team Some client engagement and representing Landscape Solutions on sites Mowing & maintenance/horticultural works Zero turn ride-on operations and other machinery Machinery use and hand tools - all usual tools of the trade Horticultural fine detail work - pruning, planting, mulching, and management Chemical application - backpack sprayer and specialised rigs What are we looking for?
Previous team leading/supervisory experience or ready to step up Sound horticulture/maintenance knowledge Excellent communication and management skills A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment Some previous experience in landscape maintenance What will you need?
Certificate II or III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent (Desirable) Driver's licence and own transport or ability to get to site National Police Check Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one What can we do for you?
