We are seeking an experienced and skilled full-time Service Manager to lead our Agricultural service department, based within our Innisfail branch. This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing growth of the service department within the Cassowary Coast region, supporting our dynamic team to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

5+ years of post-trade experience High level of exposure and experience with John Deere machinery and other agricultural brands (highly desirable) Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and KPIs Exceptional communication skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to pivot and prioritise efficiently Ability to adopt and lead change initiatives Responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive, diligent and organised leader who is able to work autonomously and as part of the greater team to achieve our Vision, Making It Easy for our people, our customers and our suppliers.
Reporting to the Innisfail Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
