Homelessness & Financial Support CoordinatorAnglicare Central Queensland Limited | Central Qld - All$106,728 p/a + superannuation + salary sacrificeFull-time - Fixed-term positionAbout the role:We are currently seeking a full-time Homelessness and Financial Support Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton, Gladstone or Emerald. Our coordinator will provide leadership and direction for strong service delivery in regard to program development, case and workload allocation, ensuring contract alignment, accreditation and continuous improvement processes.What will a typical day look like?Build and maintain close liaison with stakeholders.Work with the team to understand the needs and goals of participants and their families, assist in planning and select/receive needed supports and services.Work collaboratively to contribute to the improvement of interventions in response to community needs.Advise and guide program staff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of scope and outcomes anticipated for each service agreement.Assist the team in the development and implementation of activities and events.Ensure staff are supported to grow and learn through debriefing and planned support discussions.Conduct performance, learning and development reviews for program staff.Mandatory Requirements:Diploma in Social or Behavioural Sciences, Social Work or Psychology (or related discipline).Who we are:Our truly local team of professionals have worked with people in Central Queensland for over 40 years to support them in living their best life.
