Home Loan Specialist - Newcastle

Details of the offer

Since 2016, over 2 million Australians have logged on to the Lendi Platform to research, compare, apply for, and settle their home loans online. We're the #1 online home loan platform in Australia, and we're still growing! As such, we're looking to introduce new talent into our Home Loan Specialist Team.
Lendi is a market disruptor that was born digital, driven by a desire to liberate customers and brokers from the headaches in the property purchasing journey. We've been recognised for our innovation, established industry-first direct platform integrations with some of Australia's leading lenders, and we've settled more than $15 billion in home loans for our customers.
Job Description Are you a broker, banker, or finance professional looking for a fresh and exciting opportunity in 2024? Take your career and earning potential to the next level as a Lendi Home Loan Specialist!
Our Home Loan Specialists are fully qualified mortgage brokers with the backing of a powerful brand, smart technology, and highly specialised support to fuel their income growth.
Responsibilities Support customers with their home lending needs virtually, via phone, email, and video chat. Be powered by the industry's #1 home loan platform. With customers able to login to upload documents and check the status of their application, our brokers experience speed to settlement at up to four times faster than industry average. Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates. That means no time wasted with poor quality, cold leads. Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team for processing. Say goodbye to being buried in paperwork! Our client solutions team also proactively follow up with lenders and liaise with customers on your behalf via the platform. Qualifications If you have previous broking or lending experience, or have spent time in a branch or phone-based financial services role, then this is a golden opportunity to progress your career and scale your income growth to the next level.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A keen desire to build a successful career in the fintech/mortgage lending space. Alignment with our vision of changing the way Australians experience home lending, for good. A high level of drive, motivation and integrity, underpinned by a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams. A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. If you don't have a Cert IV but meet our other criteria, we can help you obtain the certificate. What's in it for you You're in control of your own earning potential! You'll take home a competitive base salary plus superannuation and uncapped monthly bonuses based on performance. Goodbye office mandates, hello flexible working! Choose to work from anywhere in Australia, whether that's from your home, or one of our Lendi Group offices. Market-leading training, mentoring and support, including costs covered for all compliance requirements. A tailored learning program to set you up for success. A collaborative 'Stronger United' company culture, with regular social activities and events. Four weeks of annual leave per year, plus an extra week after three years of service. Legitimate progression opportunities. Our industry leading Pathways Program is seeing our brokers and team members build lucrative careers and sustainable financial futures. If you're ready to climb to new heights in 2024 and beyond, we'd love to chat with you! Apply today and start the next phase of your growth journey.
