Home4Life owns and operates 66 SDA group homes with some built as separate single or dual occupancy units under a single roof (118 dwellings).The role of the Home4Life Program Manager is to oversee the delivery of the contractual obligations and services under the Home4Life (H4L) Tenancy Management and Maintenance Agreement (TMMA) and Administration Services Agreement (ASA).The Home4Life Program Manager leads strategic management and oversees the administration, tenancy and maintenance services of the Home4Life program and contract.The role focuses on establishing efficient frameworks, managing financial impacts, coordinating audit responses, compliance and monitoring market trends.
The role will oversee contract negotiations, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and the implementation of strategic initiatives, while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and maintaining strong external relationships.About YouTo be successful in this role you will possess substantial experience in the Housing and Homelessness sector, including collaboration with governmental and non-governmental entities.
Your expertise in people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement will be paramount.
