Fortitude Valley QLD, Australia Req #333What does this role do?The Assistant Venue Manager (AVM) at Funlab is responsible for the day to day shift operations at their venue. It is the aim of the AVM to drive revenue on every shift, manage shift labour and stock controls, and ensure the casual team members are directed and motivated to share the Funlab experience with every guest.The AVM role is part of a continual development program within the Funlab network to build and strengthen knowledge of all areas of the business, following the Management Roadmap for your brand and ensure you are becoming a balanced leader ready to progress further at Funlab.
