High End Site Supervisor

$130,000 – $140,000 per year + car + benefits
Seeking experienced and high energy senior site supervisor to work with one of Sydneys key up and coming builders, who have built a strong reputation within high end residential construction.
With a strong and steadily growing pipeline of high end residential work, you will be the lead supervisor in managing a team of employees and subcontractors to achieve site requirements.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high proficiency in management, backed with experience to run 2-3 sites and a high attention to detail.

To be successful for the position you are to be:
Manage the day to day runnings of 2-3 construction sitesLiaise with trades and sub-contractors regarding bookings and timingMaking materials orders for Project Management team to orderLead a team of site staff in delivering projectsFollow and meet project milestonesUndertake project quality assuranceAction and manage defective workThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience running multiple high end residential sites. They are to have strong managerial skills, with an eye for detail and are able to ensure project schedules are being met.
