Next Gen Clubs is a growing Health, Racquets and Lifestyle business with operations in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Melbourne and Auckland.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your direct reports while working in a cohesive and inspirational management team.

You will be responsible for:
Ensuring highly efficient operation is in place consistently
Overseeing quality, repairs and maintenance on gym floor and wet areas
Providing leadership, motivation and innovation to the teams
Recruiting, training and developing staff
Proactively managing member feedback
Ensuring gym equipment is maintained to an excellent standard
Delivering operational support to all fitness departments of group exercise, personal training, gym and swim school
Ensuring the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the health and fitness areas
To be successful in this role you will have:
A passion for high quality customer service
Demonstrated senior management of gym, group exercise and swim school programs, personal training while ensuring safety, growth and quality
Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas
Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating staff
Possess natural leadership qualities
Strong interest and passionate about health & fitness industry
The ability to manage, mentor and motivate staff
Experience managing public swimming facilities
Extensive operational experience and team focused qualities.
Education and qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience within the industry
Senior First Aid & CPR
A current Working with Children clearance
Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level 4 (Australia only and NZ equivalent);
Sound financial Skills
Tertiary qualification within the Health/Fitness and Management field is favourable
