This is your job.The Head of Talent & Capability Development leads the strategic development and execution of talent management and organizational development initiatives that support the organisation's purpose and values.Working closely with the Chief People Officer and senior executives, they will develop Yooralla's workforce strategy aligning organisation design and development initiatives with current and future capability requirements. They will provide strategic and operational leadership across end-to-end talent and workforce planning and development functions, including talent acquisition and training and development.
