With 100+ people strong and a loyal blue-chip customer base, they are a leading private organisation with an exceptional reputation for customer centricity and are investing in growth for the future.About the role:Reporting to the newly appointed CEO and joining the senior leadership team, this critical role will empower the successful candidate to design and establish a best-in-class service department. The goal is to develop a profit centre that contributes at least 30-40% of the organization's overall revenue within the next three to five years.
