The Role
As Head of Projects & Programs, you'll lead the success of key initiatives like Cyber Wardens, Small Business Peak, and the Future Female Entrepreneurs Program. Your role will focus on building strong partnerships and managing relationships with government and key stakeholders.
You will oversee a range of responsibilities, including managing major small business programs, budgeting, staffing, and collaborating with government and decision-makers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and impactful environment.
Duties Oversee project delivery with a focus on major government grant programManage multi-million-dollar budgets, working closely with partners to ensure financial complianceBuild and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders, including government officials and industry leadersDevelop and implement risk management strategiesMaintain up-to-date and comprehensive reporting of key milestones and KPIsAbout you
Effective relationship management is key to success in this role. You'll also need to demonstrate competence, independence, and open communication in a small team.
Your experience will include:
Extensive management of government grant programs and large project budgetProven success in building high-level relationships across sectorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and influence skillsAdaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environmentsStrong financial management and reporting skillsWorking at COSBOA
