The Role:
As the Head of Programs, Partnerships & Social Impact, you will take charge of expanding WorkVentures' digital inclusion and cybersecurity services.
You'll drive innovation, secure funding, and ensure our programs align with WorkVentures' mission and business goals.
This role demands an individual who thrives in managing diverse responsibilities—from business growth to advocacy and social impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and scaling of digital inclusion and NFP cybersecurity services.
Innovate in product development to generate revenue and deliver measurable social impact.
Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate, government, and NFP partners.
Oversee the Contact Centre and ensure excellence in customer support, technology assistance, and digital literacy coaching.
Secure grants, corporate sponsorships, and donations to fund our impactful programs.
Drive advocacy efforts, positioning WorkVentures as a leader in digital inclusion and cybersecurity within the NFP sector.
Lead impact measurement and reporting, providing evidence-based insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic direction of WorkVentures as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Business, IT Management, Social Impact, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing new products or services in a commercial environment.
Proven experience in grant writing, project management, and developing corporate sponsorships.
Strong leadership background, with experience in social enterprise, digital inclusion, or cybersecurity programs.
Experience with advocacy and coalition-building within the NFP sector is highly desirable.
