3 days additional leave; Focus on wellbeing and mental health support; EAP, Mental Health First Aid training, DEI committee Free activities for yourself at ANY and ALL of our Funlab brands; But mainly...just because we're AWESOME!!What You'll Do Provide strategic direction and leadership to the product management team, aligning product strategies with business objectives Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring products meet business and consumer needs Mentor and lead a team of six product owners and a business analyst, with an intentional effort to encourage and foster Funlab culture within the team; innovation; collaboration; and continuous improvement Collaborate closely across teams, departments and stakeholders to drive product success and alignment Communicate product vision, strategy and roadmaps to relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the executive team, senior leadership, operations and external partners Identify, manage and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch, with a focus on balancing minimising potential impacts and successful outcomes Lead and assist with Agile Project Management ceremonies including but not limited to stand ups, sprint planning, retros etc.Be responsible for the completion of projects on time and on budget What You've Got* 4+ years in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to market Bachelors degree in project management, business, marketing or related field;
