In this Head of Process Capability and Intelligence role, you will Develop and execute the strategic vision for the process capability and intelligence function across the organisationConduct thorough process intelligence studies to generate insights to identify processes issues, rework, poor customer/colleague experiences and automation opportunitiesDefine NAB process intelligence needs and procure best in breed process intelligence platform capabilitiesLead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process intelligence initiativesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-inEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of process intelligence initiatives What you'll bring Seasoned professional within banking and financial servicesProven track record of leading successful process intelligence or tech system capability projects with a background in process intelligence, data analytics, lean process redesign and change deliveryStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trendsAbility to solve complex enterprise problems and create pragmatic solutionsStrong leadership skills and champion of our Who We Are behaviours A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
