HEAD OF PLANNING | BRAS N THINGS | PRYMONT This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and constructive Manager, to join our leadership team and deliver profitable outcomes through inventory management, sales forecasting, option planning, merchandising products and efficient supply chain.
You'll be responsible to: Develop and execute the Merchandise Planning StrategyInfluence the broader business and drive key decision makingLead a team to provide insights, offer ideas and identify & deliver profitable outcomes for the businessSupport Buying by providing astute reporting & analysis to improve productivity at all levelsOptimise Return on Investment through inventory managementWhat experience do I have? 10 years' experience in merchandise planning with a large retailerTrack record leading and mentoring a high performing team to deliver whilst ensuring they learn and growAbility to work in an agile, high-pace and changing environment, react appropriately and efficiently, and identify solutionsAble to work collaboratively, take on feedback and switch gears quickly and seamlesslyConfident and effective communicator, with an ability to influence diverse stakeholdersCustomer focused, always working with our customer in mindTechnical aptitude - ability to grasp technical concepts and details, strong Excel skillsOur Culture Our culture is found in the little things…..our focus on customers, communication, team building and the respect that we have for each other creates an environment full of passion, proactivity and positive attitudes.
