Responsible for establishing and streamlining practices, frameworks, systems, processes, and job infrastructure, you will ensure that HBF develops a high-performance accountability culture.This role is a partner to the GM Performance Reward and Insights in the oversight and governance of HBF, reporting on policy and governance matters across the group. You'll drive improvements in people practices through targeted analytics, establishing an exceptional human capital insights practice.About youYou are a commercially minded, influential, and experienced leader who uses their remuneration expertise to provide analytical insights while building a stronger accountability culture.You translate strategic objectives into operational plans and are confident in creating and presenting to Senior leaders on P&CA policies, displaying your skills in the application of Remuneration, Rewards, and Analytics.Together with your small team of policy, reward, people systems, and human capital insights experts, you build strong and trusted relationships across the People team and broader business.What you bringInternal rewards experience preferable within financial servicesDemonstrated experience as a leader of an expert team passionate about driving high-quality outcomesDemonstrated achievements in strategic, tactical, and operational areas of generalist HR managementExperience in the people elements of corporate transactions, including due diligence through to strategy, planning, and implementation of mergers and acquisitionsHow to ApplyTo apply, click on the "Apply Now" button to complete your application and send through a copy of your resume that details your relevant experience.At HBF, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community.
