This role will lead the People Experience Team and collaborate across the business to design and develop fit-for-purpose strategies and programs for culture and values, attraction, engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, performance and remuneration and onboarding. This position will lead the strategic shifts necessary for Saab to be a stand-out employer of choice, in the current and future employment market.What You Will BringThe successful candidate will have senior HR leadership experience, with a focus on the holistic employee experience, preferably in a fast paced and high growth environment. A track record in P&C change management and project leadership are essential, including through digital transformation to support growth and diversification strategies. You must have an analytical mindset and experience implementing successful strategies and process improvements, strategic planning and problem solving. Your ability to coach/mentor, communicate, influence and negotiate will be complemented by your natural ability to partner and engage with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
