Head of People, Business PartneringPrimary Details Location: SydneyType: Permanent, full timeHybrid role, Happy to talk flexible workingThe opportunity We have a rare opportunity available for an experienced Leader to join the Business Partnering, Health & Advisory team as a Head of People, Business Partnering. As a Senior Business Partner to your portfolio, you will be the key conduit between our Centres of Excellence in the People team and the broader business.
Your new role Your role will be to champion and drive forward our people strategies and initiatives and to achieve this, you will:
Partner strategically with Executive and Senior stakeholders across your portfolio on all People mattersDeliver on cyclical HR practices and strategic People plans in collaboration with our Centres of ExcellenceAdvocate for the adoption of innovative initiatives which improve the employee experience at QBE to ensure we are an employer of choiceUtilise HR analytics and metrics to inform a data led approach to People decision makingAbout you As a well versed, experienced leader within the HR profession, you will have a background working within large, complex organisations and proven success in driving best-practice People strategies. You will have a true strength in collaboration to bring teams from across a business together and deliver solutions which are tailored for individual business needs. Importantly, you'll also demonstrate a strong analytical rigour in the way that you approach your work, utilising data and insights to provide compelling solutions.
