A day in the life: As the Head of Operations, you'll work closely with the GM Wealth and the Wealth Leadership Team. You'll establish strategies for growth, process improvement, risk management, and compliance within legislative and regulatory frameworks. You'll lead a team that delivers exceptional service standards, maintains quality client communications, and implements comprehensive analysis and reporting. You'll develop and maintain procedures aligned with current legislation and best practices, manage key third-party relationships, and seek continuous improvements to systems and processes.
Here are the key skills and strengths we're looking for: You'll have tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Finance, Law, and/or Project Management, with post-graduate study highly regarded. You should possess proven leadership, communication, critical thinking, process improvement, change management, and problem-solving skills, along with a strategic mindset and customer focus.
