And we are counting on your unique voice and perspective to help ING Australia become even better.As the Head of Integrative Risk, you will be responsible for Enterprise Risk Management including emerging risk identification and management, regulatory model development, IRB and IFRS9. You will also be responsible for risk analytics, regulatory reporting and public disclosure, capital calculations and target setting, stress testing and scenario analysis.You will lead the integrative risk management team to ensure ING Australia continues to meet the requirements of regulators, ING head office and ING Australia senior management.The role requires a deep understanding of the risk related regulation in the Australian jurisdiction as well as the European regulations, and a holistic overview of the risk landscape and risk management function to drive implementation, coordinate change and inform senior management.Ready to make an impact?What you'll doLead and guide the team to be successful and productive with a strong focus on prioritisation.Actively run Model risk management committee and act as CRO delegate during their absence.Execution of regulatory model development through all stages in the model life cycle. These models require Board and regulatory approval prior to go live.Develop, execute, and manage the enterprise risk framework and emerging risk identification and reporting.Develop and enhance bank wide stress testing framework and implementation of thereof.Ensure compliance for IBAL with local and European prudential regulation related to bank wide capital adequacy and regulatory modelling topics under the advanced internal rating based accreditation.Actively participate in relevant committees and keep CRO updated on any emerging risks, including any potential breaches.What we're looking forMinimum 15 years' experience working in financial services industry in risk management functions.5 years plus in a senior leadership role in a similar sized organisation and product mix to that of ING Australia.Experience in IRB compliance and the associated regulatory approval processes.Proven experience leading a high performing team made up of SMEs.Proven knowledge with hands on experience in various modelling techniques and market best practice.Robust knowledge of mathematical concepts.Proven experience gained from within a Financial institution, to enable a deep understanding of its operations and the associated risks.Sound understanding of prudential compliance requirements of an ADI and understanding of regulatory contact processes.What's in it for you?Drop everything and learn with over 16,000 professional and personal development courses to choose from.Discounted ING Health Insurance.An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.About UsAt ING, we want to make life simpler and more worthwhile – for everyone who banks with us, for the people who work with us, and the community at large, too.When you come to work at ING, you're joining a team where individuality isn't just accepted, it's encouraged.
