From the moment a customer signs on, you'll be the architect of a seamless transition, designing workflows that don't just meet industry best practices but set new benchmarks for excellence.Scaling is at the core of what we do, and this role is about creating standardisation that doesn't compromise quality. You'll be at the forefront of turning our services into scalable SKUs, ensuring our processes are repeatable and can grow with us.We're looking for someone who can combine strategic vision with operational excellence. You'll need to think big while remaining laser-focused on execution, continuously refining processes and optimising every aspect of the implementation journey. If you're a builder at heart, passionate about creating systems that can scale, and are driven by customer success, we'd love to have you lead this transformative part of our business.We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience in leading implementation or transformation projects, preferably in financial services, technology or a marketplace environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and driving results. Expertise in process optimisation, automation, standardisation, and scaling operations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
