You'll also be responsible for  reducing risk, increasing operational effectiveness, and driving innovation  which improves both security and user experience, providing strong  strategic and delivery leadership to a globally dispersed team and  stakeholders.If you would like to manage the end-to-end  IAM capability for employees, customers, partners and vendors, manage and maintain all business and technical IAM standards, patterns  and procedures along with accountability for the delivery, optimisation  and health of all current and future IAM technology, please apply!Day to day:TransformationDevelop a clear vision and strategy for IAM transformation, maintaining a roadmap that includes the ongoing assessment of current capabilities to identify gaps and inefficienciesEstablish and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures required to achieve defined strategies and ensure complianceEvaluate emerging technologies & solutions to enhance security posture Design & maintain IAM related architectures that supports FCTG evolving business needs, scalability requirements, and integration with existing IT systems and applicationsLeadershipLead and oversee the execution of transformation projects, including change management plans to effectively communicate the vision, benefits, and impacts of the transformation initiatives to stakeholdersBuild and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, collaboration, agility, accountability, innovation and professional development opportunitiesEstablish relationships and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on IAM strategies, including business leaders, IT teams, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignmentDevelop and manage the budget, supporting strategic priorities and operational needsDevelop and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and partners Service ManagementEnsure access control mechanisms are defined and managed to safeguard sensitive data and resources, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access managementEnsure the end-to-end management of user identities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control Ensure training programs and awareness campaigns to promote secure IAM practices are developed and implementedEnsure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IAM processes and controls are defined and trackedOversee incident response efforts related to identity and access security incidents, including investigation, containment, and resolutionYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:Proven 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership role overseeing Identity and Access Management functions in a global enterprise environmentBachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirableDemonstrated experience in developing and executing IAM strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to address complex business and security challengesProven track record of successfully leading and managing IAM projects, initiatives, and teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentWhat you'll enjoyTick destinations off your bucket list with our discounts on travel and accommodation.Employee Share Scheme through Equate Plus.Access to in-house financial and health services, and internal 24/7 gym.Receive ongoing training and professional development through the Flight Centre Landing.Preference for internal progression through Brightness of Future: Employees have the right to see a clear pathway to achieving career ambitions.Global career opportunities in a network of brands and businesses at your fingertips.Proud Corporate Social Responsibility platform through the Flight Centre Foundation, and Brighter Futures programs.Various social events to promote networking, the celebration of wins, and sometimes just for fun!
