About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Head of Growth to develop and execute our growth marketing strategy. We are seeking a bold and dynamic growth leader who is well versed in all facets of marketing, from creatives to growth strategy. This is a leadership role critical in driving our growth and scaling our business.
Responsibilities: 360 degree ownership of growth marketing strategy and execution at the country level.Lead cross-functional growth workstreams. Support business objectives by setting and driving aggressive growth strategies at the country level.Gather and utilize market data to implement and maintain a rigorous incrementality-based measurement approach.Own the strategy for effectively scaling performance marketing channels, including affiliates, search marketing, paid social media, lifecycle, and traditional audio and video advertising.
