This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead a team, drive financial strategy, and spearhead transformation initiatives within a leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.Provide strategic direction and oversight on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Play a pivotal role in end-to-end transformation projects, enhancing financial operations and systems to drive efficiencies and innovation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial advice and support decision-making.Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Key Requirements:

Extensive senior leadership experience, having led teams and perhaps Managers of Managers previously.Demonstrated longevity in working history.Big 4 background with strong technical accounting expertise.Proven experience in end-to-end transformation projects, including process improvement, systems integration, and change management.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the business.CPA/CA qualified or equivalent with a relevant Bachelor's degree.Apply Now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
