This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead a team, drive financial strategy, and spearhead transformation initiatives within a leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.Provide strategic direction and oversight on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Play a pivotal role in end-to-end transformation projects, enhancing financial operations and systems to drive efficiencies and innovation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial advice and support decision-making.Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Key Requirements:
