About the Opportunity:This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role at John Paul College, overseeing the management and development of our College facilities and infrastructure.
As the Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, you will play a vital role in ensuring our campus remains a safe, sustainable, and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain and enhance our buildings, grounds, and utilities, while driving key construction projects and sustainability initiatives.
Your work will directly contribute to the College's mission of providing world-class education in a forward-thinking, environmentally conscious setting.
This position offers the chance to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the College, combining strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence.
This role is responsible for:
Leadership: Cultivating a high-performance culture, this role will lead and mentor our Property Services staff and contractors.Facilities Management: Oversee the proactive and reactive maintenance of facilities, management of assets, and ensure the operational integrity of buildings, grounds, and utilities across the College.Project Management: Planning and executing facility upgrades, renovations, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with the College's vision and strategic plans.Sustainability: Drive environmental initiatives, optimise energy use, and champion eco-friendly practices across campus.Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and risk management standards.Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, balancing financial efficiency with quality outcomes.If you are ready to make a lasting impact, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your leadership, innovation, and expertise!
