About the position Applications are currently invited fromoutstanding, passionate and dedicated educators and experienced curriculum leaders to join our team. You will provide leadership for both staff and students, ensuring the Department develops and teaches curriculum where every student is inspired and challenged to improve their skills and understanding. You will have a deep understanding of current research-based pedagogies and the ability to design rigorous and robust curriculum that embeds cognitive load theory, explicit instructionThe Writing Revolution, and the Science of Learning and Reading.

Experienced in change management you demonstrate the ability to influence and motivate staff using appropriate methods that improves the capability and capacity of the department. You will also undertake teaching duties ensuring the development of key course components, teaching resources and learning materials.
