Key to the success of this, they're now seeking a Head of Engineering to oversee both the Reliability & Maintenance & Capital Projects.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations and part of the Senior Leadership of the organisation, you will be responsible for:
Leading, guiding and developing your managers across maintenance and capital projects. Developing and implementing good reliability and maintenance systems and processes. Complying with all OH&S and legislative requirements for your group. Assisting with oversight and development of the capital program and ensuring successful delivery. Driving change management and continuing on the path of preventative maintenance and reducing machine downtime. Managing system compliance and integrity and providing training to your group on the CMMS system. Your Background
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
A proven background in reliability and maintenance in fast-paced and large-scale manufacturing environments. Experience leading large maintenance teams and proven ability to implement a preventative maintenance culture. The ability to manage and report on a multi-million dollar reliability & maintenance budget. Experience delivering capital projects. Demonstrated ability to work through change and conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Degree qualifications in engineering and experience in food manufacturing will be looked at favourably. What's On Offer
