About this RoleIn this exciting role you will lead the Donor Engagement team in achieving annual fundraising targets through the effective planning and delivery of fundraising campaigns and initiatives. You will facilitate communication and connection with all donors along their journey, ensuring they are engaged and nurtured as part of the mission of PositiveMedia.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach the Donor Engagement team to ensure high levels of engagement and performanceGuide the Donor Engagement team in executing live campaigns and implementing multichannel campaigns across on-air, mail, tele-fundraising and digital channelsMonitor and review the return on investment for all fundraising activities to ensure responsible stewardship of resourcesReview and enhance processes to improve the efficiency of fundraising activities and ensure donors and prospects receive a high level of care to increase lifetime valueDevelop a fundraising strategy aligned with the organisational strategyCollaborate with the Heads of Listener Engagement and Digital Engagement to ensure coordinated on- and off-air fundraising plansRepresent and advocate fundraising within the organisation to all staff and external stakeholdersMeet budget and income targets and maintain accurate reports on progress and trendsParticipate as a key member of the Leadership TeamAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced and passionate fundraiser to lead the fundraising function and our Donor Engagement team. To thrive in this role, you will have:
Bachelor or Postgraduate qualification in Business (Marketing/Communication) or similar preferredMembership of the Fundraising Institute of Australia preferredCertified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) Certification preferred but not essentialSignificant fundraising experience and proven ability to lead, manage and develop a teamDemonstrable passion for PositiveMedia's vision and mission to see "Every life alight with the love of Jesus"Exceptional communication and relationship building skillsStrong capacity to think strategically and lead strategy workOutstanding attention to detailThis is a unique opportunity to work within a highly motivated, passionate and innovative workplace.
