As the Head of Demand Planning & Inventory, you'll drive the strategy and execution of inventory forecasting, purchasing, and replenishment for our business, working cross-functionally to ensure optimal stock levels and support our mission of delivering fresh and delightful meal kits across Australia. Your Role:Lead Demand Forecasting and Inventory Planning: Optimise our demand forecasts and MRPs to maintain optimal stock levels, with the goal of achieving optimal on-time, in-full (DIFOT) order fulfilment.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Operations, Sourcing, Culinary and Finance to integrate forecasting, production needs, and inventory strategies, aligning forecasts and production plans with overall business requirements to balance inventory turnover and cost efficiency.Optimise Processes and Driving Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by applying innovative, tech-enabled solutions that enhance inventory accuracy, forecast precision, and process efficiency.Hands-On Team Leadership: Lead with a hands-on approach, offering mentorship, setting clear performance standards, and fostering a collaborative and proactive culture.
