We have partnered with the industry group for recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions, the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA), to hire their new Head of Corporate Services. This role will be pivotal in their long-term success, acting as a key driver of financial management, strategic execution, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
This broad and strategic role will have responsibility for the financial health and governance of the organisation, oversee product and service architecture and ensure scalable operations across RCSA and its investment subsidiary Talent Ventures.
Key Responsibilities: Central figure in financial stewardship and good governanceDriver of strategic implementation and operational excellenceBroad exposure to the board and Exec team with strategic influenceWhat you'll do: As the Head of Corporate Services, you will be a key player in delivering on the strategic vision of RCSA. With 22 team members across the organisation, your role will span a wide range of responsibilities from fostering executive team cohesion to overseeing product and service architecture. You will ensure seamless integration and scaling of RCSA and its investment subsidiary, Talent Ventures. Your commercial business acumen will be vital in preserving the financial wellbeing and good governance of the organisation. You will have the daily management responsibility of the Accounting, Operations and Member Services functions.
