About Us Orion Care started in 2020 and has grown successfully over the last four years, now providing high-quality, in-home services to people living in 40 homes around Adelaide, and rapidly expanding into regional areas of South Australia and into Victoria.

Your Key Responsibilities will include: Actively championing the 'Orion Care Way,' ensuring that the actions of you and your teams consistently embody our values and behaviours.Ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients – right roster of care, right staffing, right care first time every time.Delivering supportive home environments that result in exceptional client experiences and high levels of client satisfaction.Providing efficient and effective operational services, utilising a standardised best practice approach, maximising resource utilisation and optimising commercial outcomes.Driving the continuous development of staff and team capabilities, reinforcing Orion Care's position as an employer of choice.Establishing and maintaining a robust operational control framework that ensures all regulatory and statutory obligations relating to Orion Care's operations at every home are fully met. You will have Qualifications in the following: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nursing. Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).Current Driver License and working vehicle.
