You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment in a friendly business geared towards supporting you grow your skillset and career.
We are looking for: Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment where customer service & quality coffee are an obsession Demonstrated ability to handle large volume coffee production without compromise on quality A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios Demonstrated skill in milk texturing and latte art A sense of accountability & ownership Experience educating, training and supervising staff on coffee programs, systems and procedures Sound food safety/compliance knowledge Current RSA Confident communication style & a professional approach Maturity, initiative, & a sense of urgency We seek a motivated individual who supports our customer-centric values, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering a highly satisfying world class customer experience.
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours.
