A prominent steel supplier in ACT is seeking HC drives to join their team Your new company


With almost 60 years of experience, a major supplier of steel building products in Canberra is looking for HC drivers to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis. Operating from two factories in the ACT, this role will be based at their Fyshwick branch.


Your new role


As a truck driver, you'll be responsible for:

Driving the company truck to and from the factory Operating a Hiab crane to load and unload the truck on site Maintain the truck as required Liaising with customers and be the face of the company What you'll need to succeed


This company is looking for drivers who have:


A heavy combination (HC) truck license and recent operating experience A Hiab (CV) ticket and recent operating experience Excellent communication skills and be a team player What you'll get in return You'll be paid an hourly rate of $42p/h plus super You'll also be paid for all overtime hours worked This client has the view to transfer contractors to permanent roles after a probationary period, which will come with extra benefits as well.
