Hardship and Collections Consultant - Contractor

As a consultant, your role will entail:
Assisting our customers who are going through financial distress.Engage with customers proactively and empathetically through outbound and inbound calls.Provide guidance and support to our customers.Provide the best solutions to help bring our customers back to financial well-being.

What do I need?
To excel in this role, the following experience is required:
Strong communication skills.Self-motivated and accountable.Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with calls in an empathetic manner.Balanced decision-making.Call Centre inbound and outbound calls or equivalent experience (desirable)Interpersonal and collaborative skills.Strong negotiation skills.Adherence to regulations.
