Your next opportunity
Reporting to the Group After Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our small but busy team in Adelaide, whilst providing service and technical support to Wyma customers in Australia. The ideal applicant will be customer-centric and motivated to provide world class service and support.
Your key responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goalsEngage with customers to plan and deliver service contractsEnsure a high level of customer service and account management of existing and new customersPlan and organise service schedules for our techniciansAvailable to travel to provide offsite support to our technicians who install, commission, maintain and repair Wyma and partner equipment at customer sitesOversee all aspects of stock management for the branch, ensuring stock management strategies are optimised in alignment with wider regional objectivesCreate service support information and assist with the creation of technical compliance documentationMust be highly computer literateRole split is office based 70% & onsite 30%To be successful in the role you will have:
Proven team leader experience, coordinating and planning for a small team of threeExcellent communication skillsA successful track record in driving business growth A high level of financial and business acumenAn ability to self-direct and can operate independently and autonomously
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsA relevant maintenance/engineering/automation/electrical qualification or equivalent practical experienceKnowledge and experience of the regulations and safety requirements for the testing and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment
Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally
Legally entitled to work in AustraliaThe successful candidate will combine a passion for machinery with strong technical ability, exceptional customer service and the willingness to drive growth.
