The RoleYou will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Scheduling of all internal, retail and warranty bookings.
Monitor technicians overtime and start/finish times.
Approval of all internal work orders prior to work commencing.
Overseeing delivery management in the CRM ensuring delivery date confirmation and quality control.
Review machinery prior to its release to ensure all work has been completed to an acceptable standard.
Approval of repair order invoicing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Following up and providing updates to the customer during and upon completion.

3+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
Fully qualified Diesel Mechanic trade qualification preferred.
Ability to lead others.
Current and valid driver's license.
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
Strong customer service focus and work ethic.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Forklift licence preferred.
