Gym Assistant

One Fitness 24/7 is looking for a vibrant qualified Cert 3 or Cert 4 Trainer who is passionate about health and fitness with a desire to help others. If you are a positive person who is comfortable interacting with the public and working as part of a small team, this could be the place for you.This role involves more than just running group training classes; it includes regular reception shifts, reception and administration duties, group classes, club culture initiatives, and working closely with the manager to ensure operational efficiency.What are your main responsibilities?Create club culture with a strong focus on member retentionInstruct group fitness classesGeneral maintenance of presentation of the gymWhat you need to succeed?A positive attitude & willingness to learn & make this position your ownCertificate III Fitness RequiredCurrent First Aid & CPRCurrent Registration and InsuranceThis is a casual role.
