Located opposite Southern Cross Station, our 172-room premium hotel is Accor's newest property in Melbourne and only the second Mövenpick hotel in Australia!
As a Guest Service Agent, no two days are the same. Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Guest Services Attendant, you will take care of the guests as soon as they step foot onto the property. Your passion for the hotel and respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive ensuring a lasting impression.

Job Description ALL about the role: Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.Logging all guest requests to ensure all requests are met within established timeframes.Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled.Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions.Qualifications ALL about you: Previous experience in hotel front office environment highly desirable.An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude.Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story.Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.High level of computer literacy.Excellent attention to detail.Knowledge of OPERA property management system preferred.The ability to work across a 7-day roster - evenings, mornings and weekends.What is in it for you?
