About the position Located in Port Stephens, The Anchorage Hotel & Spa offers luxurious accommodation from spacious rooms to mezzanine-style loft suites and an exclusive villa. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented casual Guest Relations Attendant to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.
Key accountabilities include: Provide and project friendly, courteous, and professional service at all timesWelcome and serve sparkling wine on arrivalMaintain guest accounts and assist with guest enquiriesProcess financial transactionsHandle reservation enquiries and bookingsManage guest Check In / OutResolve any guest complaintsAdvise guests on local attractions and activitiesUp-sell and promote Hotel servicesOur Front Desk operations are 24 hours, with shifts running from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. You will be required to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster.
Certifications required: RSA About you You take a professional approach to customer service and thrive on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will see you thrive in this role. Ideally, you come from a guest relations background within the hotel sector, although this is not essential.
