About the Location Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing, mere footsteps away from Merry Beach in the small, beachside town of Kioloa, when you stay at Ingenia Holidays Merry Beach! With many sites and cabins offering direct beach access and ocean views, choose from an array of accommodation options including private villas, cabins or two-story presidential stays, or get back to nature on a powered or unpowered camping or caravan site.
About the role We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activitiesActively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your parkDirect guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct proceduresEnsure high level of customer service is maintained at all timesContact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problemsAbout You Previous experience in a similar role / industryComputer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking softwarePassionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales abilityTeam player, strong attention to detail and well organised workerProviding an exceptional service to our residents is one of the most important factors for the success of our business.
